Augusta has been actively involved in financial recruitment for over a decade. During this time she has worked consistently with some of the industry's leading teams - helping them to stay competitive year after year.

AAA Global was founded in response to the need for a qualitative approach to recruitment. Only by combining an understanding of a mandates' technical requirements with the personal considerations of the candidate can lasting relationships be formed.

Being a mother, wife and CEO is rare, but family has a way of keeping things in perspective. It also provides a reminder that attending to the personal considerations of each candidate and client is essential for successful partnerships.
